The HC Varsity & JV Science Olympiad teams competed at regionals and both took home a bunch of medals. The Varsity team earned 3rd at regionals and qualified for state!

The Super Smash Bros Ultimate IHSEA Esports season wrapped up this week with an in person LAN tournament at NIU's Esports Arena. The team performed well throughout the season, but it was Sophomore Giovanni Sprovieri's 5-2 record that qualified him for the 64 person tournament.

Congratulations to the Mock Trial team for placing 2nd at the South Suburban tournament, held this past Tuesday. The team excelled with two of its best trials of the season, and will be competing at State the following weekend.

The HC Speech and Debate Teams combined forces this past weekend at the National Speech and Debate Illini District Qualifier and won the tournament! The National Speech and Debate Tournament will take place in Des Moines, Iowa in June. Congratulations! We are so proud of you!
